We are delighted to announce a new fundraising effort, in honor of the late David Teitelbaum, of Anna Maria Island Resorts, which will support his two great passions…Education and Music. This fundraising effort will support the new Hospitality and Tourism program at State College of Florida and The Anna Maria Island Concert Chorus & Orchestra’s educational outreach programs.
David was a cherished member of our island community who made an indelible mark through his tireless contributions to the hospitality industry and his visionary role in sustaining Symphony on the Sand. As an island businessman, advocate, and volunteer, he dedicated his time and expertise to organizations such as the Manatee County Tourist Development Council, the Anna Maria Island Chamber of Commerce, and Visit Florida, among others.
To honor his legacy, we proudly introduce the ‘Teitelbaum Hospitality Leadership & Music Education Scholarship’. Your support will help aspiring hospitality leaders and young musicians in Manatee County and the Gulf Coast Islands, carrying forward the impact he cherished.
